Computer & Laptop Diagnosis
Unsure what is wrong with your computer or laptop? You can get a free diagnosis either via email, skype, remote access or in person. If I find or suspect a problem, I will let you know your options.

Hardware Repair/Upgrade
Need to put in a new part? Remove one? Need to switch your motherboard to a new case but don't feel secure in doing so yourself? This covers every non-virus related issue past the point of diagnosis. If the issue is virus/malware related, $5 will be added to this fee.

• $25 per computer/laptop for 2 hours
• $5 an hour afterwards

Virus & Malware Removal

• $30 per computer/laptop

DISCLAIMER: I, like any technician performing virus removal, am not responsible for any files or data lost due to malware (virus, spyware, adware, etc) and it's removal. I will offer a back up of up to 1TB of personal files prior to removal or tampering with the infected system for an extra $15 at the customer's consent.


Software & Other Tasks
All other repair or service that is not 'virus removal' (installing anti-malware software, scanning, removing infections, updating important software like the OS, anti-virus, Java, Adobe Flash, etc) nor is related to hardware repair (which includes driver installation).

• $10 an hour per computer/laptop

Custom Computer Build
Want a decent computer built fresh with no junk-ware and cheap but reliable support? All you need to do is pay for the parts & the labor fee. Please check the Computers page for pre chosen parts in sets for low-budget computers as well as request a computer built to your desired specifications.

• $50 Labor (not including price for parts, etc) per computer

Service for Computers Built by Me

This includes everything (hardware repair/upgrade, virus removal, software & other tasks, etc). Provided that the 'Allison's Computer Tech' sticker is still on the case. If the sticker is removed, then this discount will not apply!

• $10 per computer

Retainer Subscriptions (COMING SOON)

Includes check-ups, updates and virus removal and prevention every 30-days. Labor fee for hardware is reduced to $5 per computer while subscribed. Visit this page to learn more and sign up (coming soon)
