Payment:
Services

  • Payment for services such as repair or virus removal shall be made after the tasks have been completed and computer owner comes to pick up their hardware.
  • If I know I have not or cannot complete the service successfully, customer's hardware will be returned to the customer at NO CHARGE and customer will be given a few references to local IT repair businesses.

Computer Builds

  • Payment for the parts & their shipping is required immediately. Labor fee is required after the computer is built and ready for the buyer to come and pick up.
  • In the event a part arrives defective, customer will be notified that the part will be returned and replaced with a new one and that there will be a delay in building while waiting for the defective part to arrive back and for the replacement to ship & arrive. This will be of no charge to the customer.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepted methods are PayPal, MoneyPak, Cash, Debit & Credit. No checks.
Customization for builds
  • Being the one paying for the PC, it is entirely your choice of what parts are to be removed from purchase or added to it. If you want a different case/tower, just mention so in the initial email inquiring about the build. If you want LED fans of a certain color, just mention it. If you have a case in your possession you want to be used with the build. just mention it. Normally, I'll replace what is on the components with the buyer requests, unless other wise specified by the buyer (example, a case can hold 6 fans - the components list has 4, the buyer may add 2 along side the 4 or replace the 4 with the specified fans along side the initial 2) KEEP IN MIND THIS WILL CHANGE THE FINAL PRICE!
